After making the payment and receiving your guide number, you cannot make changes or cancellations to the date of your trip. You must be at the agreed place and time for the transfer to the port, we are not responsible if you lose your transport and we do not make any type of refund for it. We issue a refund only if our tour is canceled directly by the Company. You must present yourself at the Bahamas port at the agreed time for your return to Miami. If you lose your return from the Bahamas for any reason beyond the Company's, no refunds will be issued and you must find a way to return on your own.
